"I recently came across The Landings apartment and called for an inquiry. Praise was on the receiving end of the call and answered all my questions. I went the next day to look at the apartments& Praise did an amazing job giving me a tour. I was impressed I wanted to put in an application as soon as possible. He helped me complete the forms, communicated via email & calls to ensure I got all the documents in to be approved. I would like to say that Praise is great at what he does, made us feel right at home & he is an asset to the company!"

"I do not live at this apartment complex. My daughter lives in this apartment. She has lived in the apartment for three years, has always paid rent on time and has been WAITING almost one year for a referral credit. She was told three months. Every time she asks they say they are handling it today. When she leaves messages and emails she gets no response. Several months ago they posted a referral flyer on her door. She thought it was a joke. Unacceptable! I will be contacting their corporate office to complain."

"I have had the pleasure of living at The landings for 1 year. The office staff are always professional and helpful and maintenance fixed my broken dryer immediately. They always have activities for the residents and it’s a great place to call “home”!"

"I just would like to finally leave a review. We’ve been living in landings 1 for about a year now since Oct 2022 & recently renewed for another year earlier this summer :) My Experience has been GREAT !! Nicholas helped us moved in & he’s truly a God send ! Thank you Nicholas. If you’re looking for a Safe & Clean community this is the place! It’s hardly ever any noise, it’s kept clean. The trash can over pour in dumpsters over weekends but Maintenance & cleaning crews do an Amazing job of picking it up by Monday morning! Whenever anything has been broken in my Apartment they come and fix it ASAP! They are okay with Answering the phones as well. And my BIGGEST flex that I love about renting here is that I haven’t had any run ins with Mice or Roaches !!! I pray they keep a morale for who they let rent & other tenants don’t bring any. But SO far SO good !! We’ve had one little run in with management about pool passes, we weren’t given any upon move in & I was upset the property manager wouldn’t let my children in. Seemed petty. Their LITTLE KIDS. But ultimately we were allowed in once we spoke with leasing agents and made our frustrations clear. They gave us passes. If they had THREE bedrooms apartments for rent I wouldn’t even leave next year. But unfortunately my kids will need separate rooms soon. All in All 10/10 best apartments I’ve lived in during my rental history & they have definitely set the bar high for my expectations when looking to rent/buy again. Thank you landings 1 :)"

"I want to personally shout out their property management team. From start to finish they have been professional, timely, and very courteous during my time here since moving in. Vladimir came and fixed EVERY SINGLE issue that I marked during my move-in inspection. He and his team were very efficient, and are some good guys. They are always willing to meet and address any concerns, and I believe they are sincere and genuine as they try to help residents. They have made loving here very manageable and enjoyable!"
