"This is just a post to comment on the maintenance staff handling the snow and ice. He was out in the middle of the night shoveling so that cars could get in and out in the morning. Not just that, but he helped push out at least two cars that got stuck when they were trying to get up the hill in the snow. It was not easy. Thanks!"

"I moved into this property a few months ago and it was hands down the best decision. The staff is amazing, super responsive, and always available. I haven’t had a single bad experience since moving here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment"

"Do not move here. Management is awful and will not help with legitimate ongoing concerns. I have had over 32 maintenance requests ranging from flooding to rodents in only 20 months. There is consistent noise from the numerous repairs happening during the week. Nothing is ever fixed permanently. It’s wrapped with a band aid until you need it fixed a week later. Do not move here! The heat has been out for over a week. Emails have gone out about its repair with no effect. My apartment is in the mid 50s as I type. Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with these people."

"Building in great location, in walking distance to Columbia Heights station and Adams Morgan. Very spacious apartments with decent sized windows to let in natural light. Ms.Garcia along with staff are very responsive to emails and calls."
