"A plumber was sent to take a look at the plumbing issue. They asked me a few question, took a look at the issue and came to the conclusion that there was a problem. The manager was called. The authorization was given to replace the toilet and they did. They also cleaned up after themselves and asked me to verify and gave me a couple of suggestions. Job well done.
