"Very unprofessional staff and front office. They don’t even seem like they know what they are doing. Turned up multiple times for tours and they are either closed (even though an appointment is booked) or they give the wrong key for the tour or they spend ages trying to find simple paper work. They didn’t turn up to my appointment and increased the rent by 200/m for the apartment I was interested in. They refused to even consider matching the price to what it was when I came to tour twice and potentially apply with them falling short on their end. Disappointed in their customer service as a potential resident so I would be worried how unresponsive and unprofessional they would be in regards to my needs if I were to become a resident"
"I love living at Henley in Kingstowne. Not only is this one of the best locations to live in the DMV (access to great amenities and close to metro & highway), but the staff is amazing! Very friend, kind, and prompt. When I submit a maintenance request, they get to it quickly. But the office staff is the best part. I’ve lived in a lot of different apartment complexes, and Danielle and Curtia are hands down the best I’ve experienced! I plan to stay until it’s time to buy."

"Go to Google Maps for images **PLEASE READ BBB ***READ This will save you your peace and sanity if you read !!!! There a D- on BBB!! RUN !!!! PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! Unfortunately I’m STUCK IN A YEAR LEASE , I have called a lawyer and they stated because the conditions are not putting my health at risk we can not break the lease legally…..Therefore we can not move until the lease is done and will probably not leave because we want to buy or take the time to find somewhere else. ***PLEASE READ THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I EVER LIVED*****GO TO GOOGLE MAPS TO SEE IMAGES#}} First Red Flag my family and I moved in the end of 08/23 we signed a lease back in may or June. During that time we were only sent our lease to move in with a Move -in fee of like $500 this was sent in June. Now fast forward to getting the keys move in day . The lease consultant asked me on the day of move -in I get my move-in email? I’m like no He sends it and it states we need to pay $3,000 and some change before moves-in. So of course due to inflation I Only had the $500 . Yes they did accommodate do to the negligence. Ok whatever thought it was unprofessional but they accommodated and we moved on. Finally in apartment the outside looked a mess there were wild hedges growing everywhere bike rack with grass growing over old bikes. Also the bike all had flat tires like no one has ridden them. Side walk with gapping holes with spray painted circles around them you would think it means there going to fix them but no there there to alert you not to step on them. Dog poop everywhere from sidewalk to anywhere you step. Never any dog bags in the dog bag compartments. Inside the apartment the floors had holes that connect between walls , old nylon floors in the bathrooms. refrigerator is not a standard size fridge it’s way smaller can only fit a carton milk and maybe 3 other things. In the picture you’ll see there no 2nd shelve had to remove it out just to fit items. When given concerns and maintenance request the unprofessional property manager stated they would not fix the issues there was nothing they could do. When I approached the property manger I was upset and asked her if she is a slumlord because of how the property was kept up. I came from apartments Sullivan Place please look them up. I only moved because they had no patio. Anyway she sent me a form statin I would Evicted because she was threaten I never threaten this lady. Guess what things still did not get fix I have emails proven for my complaints to Corporate and no reply from anyone !! PLease DON”T MOVE HERE NOT WORTH IT >>>>>>"
"First I want to give an appreciation to the Leasing Team (Curtia, Danielle & Lyon). Curtia(AM) went above and beyond to help with my unit with a new washer & dryer. Also, had air conditioning issues she was able to have a contractor come out the next day. Danielle and Lyons made the transfer from unit to unit process easy. It's always nice running into them on the property. Maintenance could use some improvements but they’re pretty helpful overall. It's mostly quiet here and everything is located close."
