"Good luck scheduling a tour and actually seeing the units. Extremely useless management, was outside the building for 45 mins waiting for a tour nobody showed up. No leasing agent, no concierge or nothing. Even the Amazon driver to came to make deliveries had to take them back to their truck because no one was there to open the door."

"Definitely not the best communication it is very difficult to maintain consistent line of communication with anyone . I do understand that agents get busy but it’s a crucial red flag when looking for a building you can trust . At the end of the day it’s a business for them but still a home to the residents so that is disappointing to see."

"The management is EXTREMELY not responsive and unprofessional. It took me a month to reach out to an agent. I finally had a tour and the agent promised me to send me some requested updates and set up a video tour the next Monday. Because the only unit I saw was facing Georgia Ave, the building itself has a poor quality, the glass is too thin so it is very loud. I was curious about the other units that are facing the ally. But after 3 weeks, no one yet to reach out to me."

"I have been trying to get in contact with an agent to set up a tour and talk pricing for almost two weeks. You have to call an office and the representative sends a tour request to an agent, so you cannot set up a time on your own. Well, I have had two separate requests sent out for me and an agent has yet to reach out to me. I understand that summer is a busy time for leasing, however I feel that this failure to be prompt and responsive screams unprofessional. Every time I call, no matter which number, I am either sent to voicemail or the phone just continues ringing indefinitely. I have one agent contact, Drew MacMahon, and he does not answer his phone at all, nor does he have voicemail set up so that you can leave a message. I have visited the property in person several times to see if I can get ahold of someone to no avail. If this is how prospective renters are treated, then it can only be indicative of how renters are treated if they have leasing/maintenance issues. I have to say that I am utterly disappointed in the management thus far. Unfortunate, because I was seriously considering renting here."

"I’ve lived at the Fahrenheit for over 2 years and besides the previous property manager, Ayah, it’s a great place to live. Management has changed within the last few months and the experience has been much better than before. Drew is super responsive and helpful. My apartment has nice countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building Is conveniently located near Public transportation, restaurants and bars, grocery stores, a public library, and more. All in walking distance."
