"AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I have had a horrible experience since moving in the units that I have rented here. Construction: The pictures of this place are nice but the construction quality did not live up to my expectations. I can hear neighbors, their appliances, doors shutting, and conversations. I've constantly experienced bad sound proofing in the units I've lived in and it didn't matter if I lived on the top floor. You will still hear the neighbors beneath you even if you transfer to the top floor. I've had issues with appliances in my apartment, the oven vent, as well as the under cabinet lighting that constantly falls out of place. You will hear the constant noise of the loud compressors on the top floor units at night which is even worse in the winter. Follow-up: I reported several times issues with the water, which several other neighbors have reported. We have had several water shut offs, cold water, or excessive noise coming from the water heater. I’ve not had maintenance follow up on some requests. You will spend a lot of time requesting maintenance with little to no communication. Neighbors: This place has great neighbors and some university students who aren’t respectful. There is frequently the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke on my floor and other floors. There was at least one domestic violence incident that I know of. It took management 7 months to send out a notice reminding people of the no-smoking policy and there’s still smoke. Community: Some of the concierge staff is amazing and try to take care of the residents. Bugs: In the summer, I could see the millipede infestation near the elevator and there have been issues in at least one of the units that I know of with this issue. Conservice: This community charges fees for water and sewage which in my case the bill was reflective of when I was living in my apartment and when I was traveling out of town. I have definitely paid less for conservice at other apartment communities. I would not spend the money to deal with Bozzuto. I would definitely research Bozzuto before looking at this place. They are currently being sued by the attorney general. The horror stories match my experience and what I’ve heard from others."

"We had the most wonderful tour with Jerrod. Honestly, it was the best apartment tour we've ever had. He took us to so many of the apartments to get us to see all of the different styles and he was very knowledgeable about the different options. We really appreciated his time. Definitely get a tour with him, if you can!"

"Wegmans food court located inside the supermarket market, the sitting is luxurious for meetings (families sofas etc)and dates. Hands Washing and sanitation are great I ll be back again, love this place !!!Recommend 1000%"
