"This place is a mess and I do not recommend nobody to live here. I haven’t even been here for over a year and had two floods, a broken refrigerator for over a week, a discontinued lock on my door and very very noisy neighbors. management is so poor, I constantly complain and document everything but they don’t do anything about the problems. I was told to go through renters insurance due to me throwing away food, which is crazy because I’ve been calling for over a week about the problem and nothing is being done. Please do not waste your time and money renting here, it’s not worth the headache."

"Not like it use to be over 15 yr. Resident. Everything has changed also hard to live where some others not concerned about how they live. Maintenance not bad, once they are ordered by management. Would like even better access to management , but lately has been challenging. Very noisy in the evening ."

"My sister just moved here. All of the apartments are newly renovated with new dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, digital ovens, cabinets and hardwood floors. The apartments are located in a decent neighborhood. The floor plan is spacious and there's a lot of closet space along with nice sized bedrooms. I think this will be a nice place for them to live."

"I lived here for 7 years it's was okay for me and my kid's anytime i had a problem they fixed it only thing i had a problem with you couldn't have a washer or dryer in your apartment i don't like washing my stuff behind other people if they would let you have that i would have stayed i miss this place and i miss Ms.Bailey she was so sweet to me and my family i never had a problem with her......."
