"Leasing office is great! Brandi was very nice and helpful with everything I needed. The unit was freshly renovated and looks awesome. Very happy with the gym, they have squat racks and all the equipment/machines work."
"Brandi was awesome! She was so helpful and helped every step of the way! She was polite gave us all the information we needed! She answered all our questions with confidence and concern! She had been a big help in our move in process and if it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would have made it through! I appreciate all her concern and all checking in she did! I wasn’t feeling to good about about how the response was slow but Brandi handled everything so classy and so intentional that it made me feel heard and that my voice matters and that’s important to me! And for that reason and many others she has made my first moving experience that much better! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!"
"Brandi is so wonderful! Amazing energy and very positive made move in very smooth, this is my first apartment and she was soo helpful! If I could give her 10 stars I would!"
"I moved here a year ago and love my unit and the space. The doors to the the building, however, are always broken or left open, same with the garage doors. I moved into a controlled access building for safety, but really this building isn’t very controlled. Building staff are hardly available to accept deliveries, like surprise birthday flowers. I have asked for maintenance to come evaluate my window sills as there appears to be a leak with water damage when it rains but they have never come. I have had many issues with upstairs neighbor noise, which is constantly written off as “normal neighbor noise.” It is more than normal neighbor noise and I have tried recording it like they asked, but it doesn’t get picked up by my phones microphone even though its so loud. I am a surgical resident who works long hours and come home to study and read up for my cases the next day but have a hard time doing so with the degree of noise. None of my co-workers deal with the same degree of upstairs noise that I do so this is far from normal noise. For the price that this place cost, and with the quality of the amenities declining, I expect at the very least to be able to have some peace and a place to get rest and study but it’s always so noisy here. Management pretends to care but I have done everything they’ve asked to have to try to PROVE that my neighbors are being too loud, and they treat me like a liar which is so frustrating, especially after a 12hr long shift. They are unapologetic about construction noise and their solutions to my issues with the noise are to move to a top floor (which I can’t afford) or go study in the conference room in the lobby. I’m already paying almost 2k to live here…I should be able to study in the comfort of my own home. I am strongly considering whether or not I will renew my lease again next year."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Firstly, let’s just talk about the fact that in the summer the entire building is infested with gnats and roaches. We think they come out of the drains in the bathroom or kitchen sink. They definitely come out of the drain in the dish washer. The trash room itself is a whole swarm of gnats on the third floor. Now let’s get into the other stuff- as if that wasn’t enough. -The parking garage is a nightmare . So you have to pay 100 dollars … fine. Btw I mean HAVE TO , even if you DONT HAVE A CAR. But the parking garage is like a construction site - I see more workers than residents - who take up limited spots btw. And the construction impedes tight corners making the garage dangerous for pedestrians and drivers. The garage door is frequently broken and burglars make their way in. Another lady on the third floor had her car completely broken into within the last year and another resident took photos from their tesla camera of a gloved criminal trying car doors . He posted pictures all over the hallway in the third floor and managements response was trying to figure out who filmed a criminal rather than find the flipping person who was touching our cars. -the management here borderline harassed me. They emailed me two times my first month here about noise complaints citing timeframes I was literally away at work. I went into the office at 8:30/9 AM and was home at 8 pm most days , but according to their bogus noise complaints I was stomping between 5-7pm and at 3 am when I was sleeping. Furthermore, management often will request access to the apartment for ludicrous reasons, while stating you don’t need to be present . Hello, if you are going to enter my apartment I’m going to be here . What qualifies as a ludicrous reason? They said they had to come to measure the windows in my apartment. Measure the freaking windows during the middle of a work day! They also have these little smart home devices that are 100% useless and if yours goes out they want to enter for that too. Basically, if you want a quiet , private place to stay DO NOT stay here. This is just the icing on the cake with building management as the fire alarm frequently sounds , the doors to your own apartment will lock you out when the batteries randomly dies (your responsibility they told me), and one time when my toilet overflowed during freezing weather without someone using it they told me to plunge my toilet and wouldn’t send maintenance unless I paid out of pocket. The management will also harass you about rugs on the floor of your apartment saying they need to check for them ( I already have rugs , it’s an excuse for them to keep tabs on you). - the rent will rise and the move out process is a mess. They put you in a chokehold at the end of your lease and say you have to give 60 days notice on when you intend to move out , but here is your new leasing price offer. They will raise the price , and now you have to start apartment hunting or shell out the additional amount. For people who work a lot and weren’t planning to relocate this is a nightmare scenario as you don’t have the common option to switch to monthly rent for the SAME PRICE you’ve been paying . Basically thanks for staying for your lease- which was a higher price than we advertised already; but now you have to pay 300+ more monthly , sign a new raised price lease, or terminate your stay here 60 days ahead. For people with jobs like mine planning this far ahead is a flipping nightmare as a week or two is about as much heads up as I have. Oh btw, once you say your leaving they will want to come inspect your apartment for no reason at all and impede upon your life more before you finally leave. BONUS - this place is truly so odd - they had to send out an email asking people to not let their dogs go to the bathroom in the parking garage . This just boggles the mind when rent comes out to 1500-2000 here when all is said and done. It might say 1300 online but you won’t pay that after everything. 1800 is more than likely. Anyways, don’t move here and thank me later."
