"Packages are constantly stolen and management and the leasing office does not care. My emails have gone unanswered and no reasonable solutions have been provided. They are too cheap to pay for a camera where our mail is dropped off and instead the blame is placed on the residents. There is no reason why my packages are being opened in the lobby. I was told to have my mail sent to a P.O. Box or Amazon locker as if those facilities are open at all times. Another inconvenience. If you want to live somewhere where you don’t have to worry about someone constantly stealing from you don’t move here. I’m honestly thinking of ending my lease early over this."

"The property manager, Wendy is rude and ignorant. She ignores emails, calls and complaints and does NOTHING. My unit has a roach infestation and she has done absolutely nothing to fix the unit. I have a camera set up in my apartment with pest control pretending to spray my apartment where they in fact only stepped in, left a ticket and stepped right back out."

"My daughter has only lived here for one month her apartment has infestation of centipedes. Come to find out the entire apartment complex has the same issue. The only thing that’s being told from the “leasing agent” “who has no authority” “only push paperwork” is that the building is old and exterminator will spray as if that’s acceptable. If you already knew these problems before she moved in, why would she have to put in a maintenance ticket for an exterminator when this has been an ongoing issue from 2020 help me understand. If this problem is not resolved within 30 days and it still a problem, then I will have to have my lawyer step in. The fact that they made her pay double security deposit only to deal with this situation is beyond me."

"I’ve only been living here for two weeks and I’ve killed a bug every day that I’ve lived here. Maintenance is not capable of fixing anything, I’ve put in multiple work orders for things to be done only for them to say it’s complete without completing anything. I would not suggest living here. When I moved in there was multiple holes in the wall letting all type of bugs in. I plan on ending my lease early here."

"WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! The amount of constant construction going on is crazy It sounds like every month there in a drilling and hammering noises form 9am to whenever they feel like stopping !!! And i work the night shift, making it impossible to sleep especially because they have NO warning/notice and repairs are going on… For the amount of rent being paid this is unacceptable clearly they have no respect for their tenants not to mention THE WATER AND ELECTRICITY WILL BE CUT OFF EVERY MONTH due to this constant renovation… DID I EVEN MENTION THE HORRIBLE MOLD PROBLEM YOULL HAVE TO PUT UP WITH??"
