"I was going to move here because I’m having problems at my other apartment with mice . I do DoorDash part time and I have been in and out of these buildings and I am disgusted . The hallways are trashed . Carpet dirty . Stuff on the walls . It looks like the hallways don’t get serviced at all. I don’t live here so I can’t speak on the problems , I am just speaking on what I have seen"
"Don’t move here unless you want massive mice as your roommates. The rental office staff doesn’t respond when you need help or something fixed but will harass you if you are more than 2 weeks behind on rent. Please believe that court paperwork is being filed before the month they want is over. The mice so damn ghetto they tore my carpet up. This is literally hell."
"I went in to complete my application.I. was looking for Miss Shaunte. Lady at corner desk didn't pay me any mind.She was busy face timing.I left and went else where.I was interested in renting an apartment in spite of the reviews about rodent infestation. After seeing her unprofessional customer service I changed my mind. Is this what they get paid for?????"
"I highly would not recommend renting here as long as Sherelle Nitowski is the property manager and Amanda Pence is the accounts manager, the bird brain duo. If you don’t want to get scammed, deal with piss poor management and customer service… find somewhere else. This property is infested, the property manager doesn’t know what she’s talking about half the time, you pay $10 a month for ran down/closed amenities, and so much more atrocities. At then end of my first year, my original apartment on Glen Keith Blvd was literally invested with mice. The mice were eating through the wood + carpet! After having to live elsewhere (while still paying rent at Loch Raven) and continuously pressing Sherelle on the matter — she finally moved my roommate & I to Loch Raven Blvd… where we were not only dealing with mice but roaches as well! Absolutely absurd on her part. Not to speak of the condition of the apartment, completely trash & not renovated as our 1st apartment was.. yet we were expected to pay the same amount. So many things were wrong with the apartment and I knew it would only get worse due to the condition, and it did overtime just like I thought. I decided to take the high route and work with Sherelle on this matter. Constantly informing her about what needed to be fixed and etc. After months of trying to get Sherelle to do her job and have maintenance fix these issues, only ONE thing was fixed which was the ceiling. It was only fixed because the construction worker deemed it an emergency as the ceiling was caving in and could possibly collapse on me. This was in my bedroom, right on top of my bed. This same construction company was suppose to come back to fix other rooms in the unit and never did. I called Sherelle about it (and other issues that still had not been attended to) after 2 weeks passed, and she called me a liar and hung up on me to make matters better :) From that phone call, I knew I needed to record every conversation I had with her because clearly it was giving dementia. Note for all, record every conversation you have with these people. I went to her office that same day and she was “uncomfortable speaking to me” and had Amanda, the accounts manager, speaking for her. They both directed me to take all my matters to corporate. However we ALL know corporate never answers or calls back. After Sherelle called me a liar, I stopped contacting the leasing office for help. If anything needed to be done, I did it out of pocket.. although still paying rent which is suppose to cover specific service’s.I really should've put my rent in escrow but now you all can if you decide to stay here. I only spoke to her again when it was time for me to move out and get my security deposit back -- which needs its own review but I will make it short. Sherelle and Amanda were upset because “I record conversations without consent”. So in return they made up random charges in SEPTEMBER stealing $700+ from me, leaving me with $3 returned. Mind you, I dropped of my keys/ended my lease in August. They told me to communicate with them via email only just to not reply, pathetic. Sherelle, you were recorded because for years you have proven to say one thing and another thing later. You told me I'm not responsible for the BGE bill before I turned in my keys, then charged my account weeks later saying you never told me that. But you did, it was in the recording that was sent to you, and you were upset because you were caught being wrong, it's ok. When you do evil, evil will get done right back to you -- so they can keep the money vs me trying to settle the situation with them. I felt like my IQ level went down every time I had to communicate with them. My advice is if you’re going to live here, just hope and pray you don’t have any issues that you’ll have to contact leasing for. Your experience will 9/10 be better that way. And record all your conversations you have with the bird brain duo so if you want/need to take legal action against them you have everything you need!"
"If I could take the back I would. It’s literally horrible. Roach infested building and apartments. They have no care in the world moved me into a nasty apartment. Still haven’t fix everything I complained about I only Be living here for almost 5 months . & they want this high rent too be paid on time but your not getting what you paid for . I would never recommend this place . They need too knock it down & start over cause this ain’t it . Looking too get out of my lease as soon as possible. 0/10 . Please don’t move here and waste your money ."
