"I have been living here for the last 14 months. Apartments are spacious. Arlene and rachel from the leasing office are really responsive. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. I would have definitely extended my lease if I did not have to move out of state."

"Lived here for 3 years . .. to the bad reviews; yes, there was construction, drilling, and shut offs, but these are QUIET apartments where you don't have to worry or have roaches and have to live in bs. For anyone complaining, try to find this price point other places with the same. Rachel, the building manager, is compassionate and super responsive. Maintenance team is awesome. And I knew I could always count on passing by Randy (the front door desk worker) to brighten my day."

"At Hampton Plaza, the staff are great; they are friendly and helpful. The tenants are friendly also. Everything is kept in good repair. Warnings are given ahead of time when maintenance is scheduled. Maintenance personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Maintenance requests are attended to quickly. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is the best! Also, I have to mention the location. We are close to so many things."

"Not recommend at all! The Building is very old. There was always a maintenance issue going on. The whole building was running only on one elevator. For the entire 11 month of my stay there the other elevator was under maintenance. The whole building specifically the apartment was smelling like mold. Also keep in mind to never expect your security deposit to be returned, you should be very lucky if they don’t charge you to pay even extra! Not only they keep the security deposit for extra unexplained charges, but also they charge you some enormous amount for redecorating fees which is not even being explained to you what is it for! And considering that I evacuated the apartment super clean, with no damage at all and with all the picture frame holes patched! Such a ripoff!!!"

"My family and I have been living here for 8 years and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best 8 year relationship I have ever had. Management and staff are all friendly and eager to help you with anything. Every year management host various activities to promote moral and to show appreciation to the tenants. They go above and beyond any apartment management team I have ever seen to make sure the tenants are happy. The new renovations are nice and it makes the apartments look even more luxurious. The only thing that makes me sad is the fact they do not have a 3 bedroom unit which means I have to move out soon. Otherwise I would live here forever!! Maintenance, security, cleaning crew, and their front desk staff are all nice people and will assist you with wherever you need. It’s more like a family here instead of just business and that makes everything even better. By far the best place I’ve ever lived in my life."
