"I've lived here for almost a month and have had 9 separate maintenance requests. Not a single appliance in my apartment worked correctly when we moved in, or have simply stopped working shorty after move in. Do not live here if you need functioning AC, dishwasher, or laundry."

"I moved in just a few weeks ago. In this short time, I have had a great experience. Karen Flores helped me a lot during the application phase. She made sure the application was processed asap and helped me get everything that was needed to have a smooth move-in. All this over a weekend. The maintenance team has been very responsive, usually within 24 hours during weekdays."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible place to lease an apartment. The leasing office staff is terrible, cold and unfriendly and never want to help with your problems. Cleaning staff is also unfriendly and never says hi. The more serious issue is, on top of that there's always some "maintenance" going on whether it be new paint, elevator repair, or a god-awful truck blaring outside all hours of the morning and night. Also, maintenance doesn't even seem to want to help if your apartment has any issues. My washer/dryer hasn't been working for a year straight and no one has fixed it. Don't waste your money or your time. Just don't move here."

"I've lived here for 2 years now and am only moving out because I'm relocating due to work. I've loved living here, the apartment is in great condition and very competitive as far as price goes. I have had great experiences with both the old management as well as the new management. They are always quick to respond to my questions and needs. The only problem I had was my apartment didn't seem to have fiber availability, not sure if that was just my apartment or if there are plans to install it. Overall I would recommend leasing here."

"It used to be great, but the building recently changed to new management and they are terrible. Very poor communication during the transition to new management. Our lease was coming up and they lied about leaving a reminder letter on our door with a reminder of the 60 day notice requirement. Read the lease very carefully because they will hold you to every letter with zero willingness to be flexible for special circumstances or even their own mistakes. Update: Since posting this review, the new management was willing to be flexible with us and we were finally able to part on good terms."
