"Fantastic location for our trip, helpful staff, and comfortable beds. Great value for the rooms. Thank you for not allowing pets, this really helps allergy sufferers."
"The only way you’d make me eat their breakfast is if it’s the last meal on earth. That was the most horrible experience with food I have ever had. Might as well not serve food. Firstly, the dining area was just sad, empty, and despot. The selection was barren with yogurt, fruit bowl, 2 croissant choices, and quesadilla. The food was microwaved. It looked like it was a health hazard. It was tasteless and disgusting. The room was mediocre. The arrangement is weird cause they have a short sofa across a tv that’s around 5 feet high. But the bed is at a different angle so the only way to watch tv is by breaking your neck looking up. Don’t look out the window or you’ll get depression. It felt like I was the warden at Shawshank state prison looking down the cells. The guy at the front desk doesn’t smile and doesn’t seem to care. He asks questions, looks in his computer and just goes on. Zero service. Hilton should drop this like a hot-el potato."
"The location is very nice but the hotel has some dated rooms and weird layouts. Also, the hotel does not have a gym. Its a fine hotel but you're paying premium for the location without the amenities."
"The biggest concern is safety. Upon check-in, I experienced a delay as there was no one at the front desk. Anyone could freely enter the hotel without scrutiny. Access to the upper floors via the elevator was unrestricted, requiring no key. During the night, a strange person repeatedly attempted to manipulate the door handle for approximately 15 minutes; we saw through the peephole he was drinking a cup of coffee and left the cup in front of our room. We heard similar noises again after an hour although the front desk said they had called someone for it. Also there were issues with the room quality. The air conditioner malfunctioned and I had to call the front desk to repair it."
"It's ok, as far as boutique hotels go - tight space, tiny room, zero amenities, full price. The room was set up funny, too - as in you could've even really see the TV from the beds because it was around a corner. The staff are friendly enough, though. The breakfast is the absolute worst - I mean COVID-era microwaved sandwich bad. I wouldn't waste my daily food and beverage credit on it again. The one thing I did really like though, that other places don't do, is that you could use your $18 credit in the little store, which is unheard of. There's also a neat rum bar in there basement, but there hotel is in a great location and walking distance to any food or beverage establishment."
