"After a long drive I thought I was going to get some rest. Worse hotel I ever been to. The sofa in the room was full of sweat stains and there was visible dryed up blood on the outside of the tub and also hair inside the tub.The security lock on the door was broken off. I only used the toilet and that's when I noticed the blood on the tub. I didn't want to even take a shower or lay down in the bed. I didn't feel safe and left immediately. When I asked for a refund the man at the desk said the manager just left and I could not get my refund back."
"Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. We walked in at 11:30pm and got a room. The guy at the front desk seemed a bit incompetent at his job and when it came time to run my card he said it was declined for $85.73. A younger guy came out and looked at it then ran it again and said I was all set. Later I receive an email asking if I approved a charge for $85,073 on my card. The last thing people need on vacation is their account being locked because people can't proofread what they type into a computer. Then we get to our room and the door is open. It was 40 degrees outside and we had to run the heat for awhile to get the room up to a bearable temp. Probably should have stopped at the Red Roof next door."
"My mother and I booked a room, we are both disabled with service dogs (Chihuahua and Chihuahua mix). When going to check in we were asked if we had pets and we stated that we each had a service dog, the clerk proceeded to tell us that service dogs aren't allowed, when we stated that it is against the Americans with disabilities act the clerk screamed at us and threw us out of the office refusing to honor our already paid for room and refusing a refund."
"Pros:: cheap. Staff at the counter were kind and courteous. Cons:: there was hair on the walls of the bathroom and in the shower. There was mold in the shower. There was hair on both beds in the sheets. There was a big spray of buffalo / orange sauce along the wall. The furniture was disarranged upon entering the room. Assessment:: Never again."
"F++..Filthy... should be shut down.. Very very nasty. Was a $100 and some thing . Nastiest place I have ever seen..Was very tired. Traveling with 2 cats and I knew it wasn't Cart la Blanche but the fact the doors were outside is why I stopped..3:30 in the morning..I got me and the cats out of there..I was afraid of us getting sick or bugs..Knocked on the office window and threw him the key card. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty ."
