"Super friendly staff, have stayed 3 times and rooms were clean, everything functioning properly. Have not been awake for breakfast. Parking is easy. Not far from interstate and downtown."
"Perfect location. Was able to get pre booked online rate of 45$.....what a steal. Just know they require 50$ charge card deposit upon checking in that you get back within couple days. Quiet, tucked back hotel. Just wish back doors worked since my room was in rear. Front desk was great at check in."
"As part of the check in process, they required me to sign a document full of terms for the stay, but refused to give me a copy of what I had signed, stating, "this is only for internal hotel use," my signature on a legally-binding document notwithstanding. The woman helping me told me she was the manager, so there was nobody to approve an exception to the nonsensical policy. *At least* when I explained my unwillingness to continue a booking when required to sign things I couldn't have my own copy of she authorized a full refund without me having to threaten bank action, and I left. The hotel across the street I then went to *also* had a document of terms I needed to sign, but unsurprisingly they offered me a copy of the document without my even needing to ask. Not even law enforcement would refuse to provide a copy of a signed statement to the signatory, and yet this hotel / hotel manager thinks it appropriate to withhold it from their customers. Guests beware."
"The property is in a decent area; walking distance to restaurants, and stores. Unfortunately, there is construction next door to the hotel which does cause noise within the rooms. The back door has the ability give customers keycard access to the hotel, however, the mechanism isn't functioning. As a result, the door is either propped open by customers, or locked and customers must go around the building to gain entry. The main problem I had with the hotel was regarding a lack of basic understanding of ADA law. The law is quite clear, you cannot ask for documentation or proof of a service dog's certification. Unfortunately, staff refused to allow me to explain the law. So, here it is: What questions can a covered entity's employees ask to determine if a dog is a service animal? A. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person's disability. My son has a legitimate service dog. He needs this dog for his disabilities and his dog wears a vest which clearly depicts her as a Service Dog. Upon entry to the hotel a staff member asked for the dog's certification. I tried to explain the ADA law to her. She demanded proof. My son who didn't want any problems, presented the employee with the certification which us carried in his dog's vest. The employee then photocopied the training certificate to, as she said, "prove to staff the dog is a service dog." Uh, yeah, the vest already does that. I realize people have fake service dogs, but that doesn't allow a company to break the law. I don't mind teaching people about the law of service dogs. I don't even mind explaining what this amazing dog does for my son. But a company is not allowed to violate ADA law. I'm sorry. Do better, Sleep Inn and train your employees."
"Excellent location near a lot of shops and right off of the I-95. The room matched the pictures on the website. My room was updated but it could use a fresh coat of paint. The shower was the best part of my stay. The Water pressure was the strongest I've ever experienced at a hotel. Overall I was satisfied with my stay; just scared, where did these claw marks come from on the door? I saw them in the morning when checking out."
