"This place was awful and you should stay far away. I don't care what that one silly user said giving it 4 stars trying to dismiss any criticism because "oh its got budget in the name what do you expect?" I expect it to be better while being modest. It doesn't have to be Hilton. Not complete trash. I stayed with a friend who arranged rooms starting last Wednesday. Starting off we got locked out because the door doesn't fully lock until you loudly slam it shut. It also doesn't unlock unless you PULL the knob as it unlocks since the lock isn't catching in the frame. We would never have guessed that and we had to pull the manager who mainly spoke Farsi for help since he didn't walk us through that nuanced trick. I tried getting help earlier that day at 9am and NO ONE was at the front desk and the door to the office was locked. The rooms themselves were mediocre to a little scary. We never had issues with bed bugs as other users reported but I still checked anyway. The walling is exposed. The air in the room is too warm as the heater was on 86 degrees F. It was cold outside this time of year but we easily started sweating inside. The water was super cold in the shower on the first day and we had to ask for them to get the boiler on. Water leaked from behind the toilet. They provided minimal towels for the shower. Shower towel rack was removed. No remote for the TV (which still had plastic on the screen). While this is out of the owner's control the neighbors were noisy and this place clearly has clientele that couldn't give a darn. The walls however are thin which doesn't help and I can hear people talking at 1-4am in the morning. I even heard a dog yippping next door. I saw vomit on the pavement in the parking lot the next morning. One user reported a car break in but I had no issues myself but it is worth saying. As well as reports of druggies living there. I left early Sunday to get away. This place is depraved. Save your money and stay somewhere else that actually cares, like the Days Inn or save up for the Hampton across the street. Stay safe."

"We had a 3 night stay. The room had a strong cigarette smell that was not masked by the unpleasant cleaning fluid smell. Our clothing absorbed the smells. A window pane in the back window was held on with tape and let in a draft while it was below freezing all weekend. The heater could not blow air above 60° even though it was set to 86° by the staff. The circuit breaker for our room heating unit was tripped on two of the nights. We were only able to sleep through the cold by using the extra blankets I keep in my car. It was still insufficient warmth. The circuit was turned back on some time after staff arrived in late morning. The office staff was not available during these off-hours emergencies. There is no on-call line to reach them. The staff were very nice, but not available when needed. The toilet continuously leaked puddles of water on the bathroom floor. We put all extra towels behind it to keep the floor dry and that sort of worked. The shower head did not work, but we were able to take baths."

"They're a work-in-progress. You know what you're getting the moment you arrive. If you want "exceptional", go to the Four Seasons. If you simply want a place to lay your head for a while, the Budget is fine. Unfortunately, not everyone understands - it's called "Budget" for a reason. Most people that have written a negative review are obviously of a different ilk accustomed to the Four Seasons. The Budget is for those on a budget. (duh)"

"The management here does not exist. We lost power here twice. One whole day and then 2 days straight. There was no storm of major event for this to happen . The manager Capri did speak with residents with no updates. They also tried to charge for the days that we had no power. There is one worker and you only can communicate with him with Google translate with his phone out. He also preyed on my wife always walking around the door when I left out. The manager Capri is a racist. He knows of the illegal activity that goes on there. He's hardly ever on site only to collect money. After hour check ins non existent due manager gone after 7pm. The rooms were dirty. Had mice in the rooms . They come thru the heat vent in bath room thru holes in the walls. I had to plug holes up with old clothing to keep em out. The beds are nasty. They have bed bugs. My whole family had bites all over the body. Management did not care. Also mice droppings never cleaned up. Roaches and flies. Maid service stinks. You have to wait a whole day for one dingy towel. The doors not all secured. Most of the doors you can enter putting in 1234 as the code. I told manager about this security concern all he said was are you ready to pay? I won't even go into all the madness that occurs out in the parking lot. Capri the manager lives on site but does not check people in after hours. This place is terrible and should be shut down."

"Someone broken my husband car we had to call the police. They Drug addicts be out there fighting and the police is always being called. And they have mice and roaches I would not recommend no one to book here at all. When I first book her doing the summer it was two houses keeper's that did a amazing job cleaning. And them rooms where old but clean a long time ago this place need 6o be shut down."
