"Junior king suite very nice. Some imperfections like old and warn lamp shades and dust on shelves. Overall it's decent. Comfortable beds and pillows. Daily coffee is very good from the lobby."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Churchill Hotel. This is really a beautiful hotel! There are restaurants, bars and a parking garage within walking distance to avoid that $55 valet fee. The gentleman that checked us in was a true gem! He was so pleasant and professional. The young lady that we encountered later that night was not pleasant and rather unprofessional. My boyfriend is a southern gentleman and treated her upon us passing the receptionist desk. No acknowledgment, no response. There were also no other people/customers in the area. Not sure why she felt the need to be unpleasant, maybe a bad day, but professionals in the hospitality industry have a duty to be hospitable. Hopefully she can work on her interpersonal communication skills in the future."

"We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We spent 8 days there over Christmas and new years. Our daughter lives nearby in a small flat so this hotel was perfect for us. The staff were universally professional and friendly. And the Lavazza coffee each morning was lovely. Our room had a great view down to the pentagon and to to south and east. Many excellent restaurants and bars within a five minutes walk and DuPont circle metro is about 5-7 minutes. We totally enjoyed our stay and will stay again the next time we visit DC"

"My five night stay at The Churchill was superb in every way. The room and accommodations are impeccably clean and well appointed. The staff is uniformly professional and most helpful. Location just up within walking to DuPont Circle is excellent. Much to do and see in this safe neighborhood. Rates are very fair and reasonable. I’ll be back soon to explore DC further from this very classy hotel. Highly recommended."

"Had a great stay at the Churchill Hotel. The room was spacious, decorated beautifully, and the location was in a very walkable neighborhood. Hotel staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. Answering all of our questions and grabbing us towels, water, ice or coffee when we inquired. Hezekiah helped us from the time we walked in to check in until we checked out. He had a great personality, remembered us every time he saw us, and connected us with 2 great restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. All the staff we encountered were amazing. Would definitely come back to stay at the Churchill next time I’m in DC!"
