"The best service by Cara that night when I arrived. It was one of those days that everything went wrong for me. My phone died and I was unable to charge it because the charging port broke. I was so frustrated also because I got lost looking for Union Station. Cara helped me out every way she could , even assisted me in trying to help charge my phone. I finally got settled in a room and slept like a baby. My room was huge and the bed was comfortable with a great view. Check out was a breeze also with Lyle. He was friendly and helpful. Two great people with great service."

"We were staying here due to family member in ICU at MedStar hospital. The entire staff was always checking we had what we needed and asking about how she was doing. I have traveled many places and the staff deserve a raise for how they treated us. I watched and they really take care of everyone!!"

"Not the worst and nowhere near the best of hotels. There is no parking included and valet parking is $50 a night. The front desk clerk was very unwelcoming. The room was not cleaned properly. There was still trash left in the room from the last guest that stayed in the room. This hotel felt more like a motel and if management sees the comment please make this place classy again. I do not plan on coming back to this hotel if I were to visit again. I wouldn't recommend for family."

"This hotel is simple but efficient. Well located, it can connect any place via the train station that is two minutes away (i.e. four stops from the White House). The room are spacious and quite, even though the proximity with the train station. The breakfast is probably the best part of the hotel with a short but delicious menu. Highly recommended."

"Very hospitable staff in my experience. Room service was attentive, approachable, and friendly. You can enjoy passing hellos. A wonderful woman at the cafe exceeded expectations in so many ways and totally made my day. I also made enjoyable conversation easily with at least three people at the front desk. Stay here if you want to be close to some amazing bars, restaurants, and outdoor activities to do with your entire family, which are all within walking distance, or by Uber who will pick you up within two minutes, no matter what time it is."
