"Shower had people’s long hair in it. Other visitors staying in a room directly below me was playing music with loud bass until 10pm and someone in room #207 was making a lot of noise as well. Didn’t sleep very well at all."

"I was charged $265 for a “smoking fee”. I called the hotel for clarity—the manager, June, found a cigarette butt in the room after I left. I called these people for five days straight and June never spoke to me on the phone. Had the front desk person convey their conviction about the charge. I’ve disputed it with my bank but geez…..smokers beware!!!"

"My family and I checked in last night, we were given our keys and told location of room. When we got to the room, we realized it was handicap accessible. My husband is over 6'4 and has a spinal injury and my 14 yr old is 6'2! Everything including the beds and shower head is sooooo low! When we went to the front desk to ask if we could get a regular room, we were told no once you check in they can't switch rooms. I asked why we were given a handicap accessible room when that's not what we requested and was told bc that's all they have available except another room that's on hold for another guest arriving later in the week and that we could try to talk with the manager in the morning. There was also no cokwear or dishes available for us. We got another room at a different hotel last night and called this morning to speak with a manager, and was told she is unavailable. I talked to the front desk staff and gave her the run down of my issue and once again was told it's not something they can fix. Why are we not given all information about rooms before you charge my card and why are we being punished bc of your issue. Had we been told that the only room available was a handicap accessible room which is not something we requested, I surely wouldn't have checked in. It's unacceptable and discetful behavior from this staff."

"We booked on their site online a deluxe suite with king size bed and sofa bed. There were even pictures online of the "room". When we got there we were told they don't have any suites or rooms with king size beds. The only room they had was a handicap standard room with two double beds. We reluctantly took it. There was a strong smell to the room and we tried to stay in it for an hour and thought it was maybe from cleaning and let it air out. My daughter then had a severe asthma attack. We found out that the smell was actually pot. The manager said she couldn't smell anything while my husband, myself and my daughter and another person in the hall at the hotel definitely could who said that is pot smell. Once they said pot i realized they were right and that was the smell. We asked for a refund and the manager denied us. We just left and went to the Hampton Inn down the road since we were concerned with our daughter's health after the asthma attack. No issues at the Hampton Inn. Do not stay at this Extended Stay."

"I stayed here for a couple of weeks, and there were constant problems. I travel for work, and this is one of my top 10 worst hotels. The rooms are gross, but I prepaid the first week, so I just cleaned it myself. The manager is extremely rude and hard to work with. The fire alarm doesn't work properly and goes off randomly at odd hours. If you pay at the front desk, it's 2x more than the online price, but they don't always accept your online booking. Twice, they tried to make me double pay for my room. The employees are never at the desk. They are usually outside smoking. There was one lady who worked the night shift that was super sweet. She was the best part of that place."
