"Visited 5 Corners Apt. and let me just say that Ms. Gia and Ms. Ebony were very wonderful. Ms.Gia went above and beyond to assist with the apartments and the community. They are very observant and extremely pleasant."

"A DEATH TRAP!!!! No maintenance on weekends unless you knew to add yourself to the medical emergency list. I asked the young lady on the phone how do you go about adding yourself to the list and she didn't even know. No air conditioning in upstairs apartment and it's 84 and humid inside. Infants, children and elderly people are not prioritized here. If you die from heat exhaustion, better hope your family sues."

"Do not even think about living here! I had black mold in my bedroom closet for 4 months. I suffered from mold poisoning and had to miss work several times because of it. Maintenance showed absolutely no sense of urgency to fix this issue. I received a VERY small credit to compensate me for the duration I spent dealing with carcinogenic mold. My apartment also smelled rancid when I first moved in. There was old body hair in the bathroom cabinet that took multiple deep cleanings to get rid of as well as an insane amount of spiders and bugs throughout the entire unit. The laundry room is extremely dirty and my dishwasher was soaking my entire counter for months as well before it was fixed. In conclusion, do yourself a favor and live somewhere else."

"2 months prior i tried emailing to not renew lease and they never responded to me and ended up having to renew the lease and breaking the lease costing me 2 months of rent. I felt that I was taken advantage of because I am a renter at a young age so they decided not to respond to any of my emails and tried to email/call them multiple times about breaking lease. Whenever I had a issue it was a 30% chance they would pick up the phone. After I left this apartment they billed me damages for the apartment and was on hold for over an hour just to transfer me to a different department and was on hold again for an additional 30 minutes just to pay for what I owe and if I werent to pay on time they wrote down they would get an attorney against me. Horrible customer service."

"I’ve been a resident here for 2 years going on 3. Worst decision I have ever made renting here. From the beginning the unit had a nice and roach infestation and no matter how many times someone is sent out they come back. The A/C in the unit continues to break down year round, in the middle of summer this year twice. The building I’m in has power black outs where electricity goes out randomly at various times of day and night, I’ve also reported this and nothing has been done about it. Plumbing issues in the kitchen and the bathroom which I have also reported, they come in “fix” it and a couple weeks later the same issues return. This year they raised my rent as well, with all the issues they have with maintenance, customer service, the conditions of their units raising rent is absolutely insane to me. Parking lot and building having liter and trash on the floors/sidewalks etc is a common occurrence. Will never ever rent here ever again. Henderson Webb is ridiculous."
