"When moving into Cardiff Chales Apartments, I immediately noticed how well-taken care of the complex looked. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, with new paint and new carpet. I have traveled the world and stayed in many places, but I have never seen anything this clean. I can tell the management takes pride in their property and treats it as if it were their own. I would recommend it without any hesitation."

"Cindy the leasing agent after you move in talks to you with disrespect and will raise her voice at you over the smallest things. We called her about our toilet being broken and she persisted to yell at my husband and I telling us we don’t know how to use a toilet. She also doesn’t not have any problem asking neighbors to watch everything you do if she thinks you could be possible doing something she doesn’t like. For example my husband and I were sitting outside enjoying the weather and she persisted to yell at us telling us it looked trashy. Most neighbors stay away from her. And most of all she doesn’t work with you to solve a problems."

"Great place to live. Only spent about 2 years there as we had to move. But the place is very nice and spacious (No one in the area can beat the price/sq feet and in general too) and quiet. The only down side is that there is no laundry in unit and no balcony. Management is great here only had one incident when the door was jammed and was locked out but they opened and replaced it within an hour."

"I am coming up on my fifth year of living here. The management team is awesome especially Cindy. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Cindy, she has such a positive attitude. I read a review that she was not welcoming and I 100 percent don’t believe that one bit. Not only is she awesome at her job she goes above and beyond. I feel safe here and we have a wonderful community and maintenance team. It’s a great location to have your children enrolled in the top schools. With in five years I've only had to call maintenance maybe 3 times for minor things like a light bulb for the microwave and a garbage disposal issue which they responded promptly. I love living here!!!"

"I lived here for 7 years, and have to say: Place like this is difficult to find, as it is close to Towson, close to highway, and it is quiet. It is nice people lives there, if you walk out some one say to you "good morning", maintenance is pretty fast and no problematic! I would defiantly recommend this place for young professionals, people who start to work some where close by and need place to concentrate in peace."
