"Very sad to see all the dead life. Went in so that I could buy a plant for my aquarium, and when I went over to the live plant section I was just in shock. There were literally containers that had plants that didn’t even look like plants. They were black and brown and were growing mold in the containers. There was maybe 1 or 2 plants that weren’t dead out of the 15-20 plants that were on display. I saw some beautiful bettas full of color, just not full of life. 2 out of the 12 betta fish on display were dead. Very sad scene, especially seeing how the bettas were being kept in that dirty water full of feces for who knows how long. No surprise to see the dead fish."

Unfortunately booked with Brandi because Jessica wasn't available. 0/10 do NOT recommended booking with Brandi.... unless you're into being shamed by your groomer. I wish I could play for you the voice-mail she left. Girl, you're in the wrong business. If I shamed my patients for not following my recommendations, do you think anyone would want to come back to see me? Happens all the time and I would never make them feel bad for not being perfect patients or a perfect parent. SHAME on you."

"Understaffed but the employees they have are helpful and friendly while you're in the store. Just don't try to call with a simple question to save yourself a drive because they won't answer the phone and if phone rings long enough they'll pick it up and hang up. A good measure of someone's character is what they do when no one's looking."
