"Lowes sales people and installation are INCOMPETENT. Do not use Lowe’s for any installation projects (or any purchases if you value your sanity). We have been without a kitchen since November because of their incompetency. The process has been a disaster from day one. There’s limited communication, massive screw ups, incorrectly ordered parts. It was near impossible to get the installers to show up. And when they did, they didn’t follow the design nor did they speak up when they noticed the parts were wrong. Not to mention they screwed up just about everything in our kitchen; incorrectly wired outlets (major fire hazard) and threw away things they shouldn’t have. Not to mention, they aren’t showing up to correct their massive mistakes. We’ve tried talking to the installation hotline, but they are useless. If I could go back, I never would have started this project with Lowes. Stay far away."

"I bought windows here and signed up for Lowe's to do the installation. The installation went O.K., but the windows came with the wrong size grids. Over 2 months later, still no correct grids even though I have repeatedly sent them photos of the window's serial numbers. (Every time I call to complain they say "oh, we need the serial numbers.) I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous and unacceptable. DO NOT USE LOWE'S INSTALLATION SERVICES."

"I bought a brand new refrigerator from here. It was delivered to me and it was making a loud whirring noise and it was not staying cold inside. I called the store and the sales rep was nice but Lowe’s policy is horrible. The store did not have any other of the same model in the store. The only way for the store to send me a new refrigerator since I called inside 48 hours of delivery was for me to buy a new refrigerator and Lowe’s will refund me for the bad refrigerator once it is taken back to the store and the manager inspects it. I won’t receive the new refrigerator from the warehouse for another week. I asked if any other stores had refrigerators, and I was told possibly but I would still have to pay for it. Pretty frustrating and I don’t know that I’ll buy another appliance from Lowe’s in the future."

"Overall, the staff does a great job at the Timonium Lowe's. Typically, pricing is very good. Current inventory that is sometimes showing online is different than what is actually in the store. I love shopping at Lowe's. :-)"
