"My wife and I were Very interested in this property but every time we emailed or called we got no response!!! What’s the point of advertising it if people can’t apply!!!"
"I would like to get on a wait list or at least speak to someone but you can't. I've even emailed multiple times and never got a return email or phone call."
"This place is 100% Section 8 rentals. I wonder how they manged to sneak this public housing complex in under the radar? These are brand new apartments, and town homes and the average tenant pays around $600/ month! The developer probably got a sweetheart deal. Once again, the taxpayers got fleeced!"
"For this place to have JUST cut the ribbon & opened not even 30 days ago the customer service is terrible!! They don't answer the phone, or respond to emails. Seems as if they only respond to reviews over the internet so here I am to try get a response out of someone... Placed an application literally the day they opened them to the public in April, haven't heard anything from anyone since. Just generic emails that detail the application was received and then approx 2 months later that they are no longer accepting applications due to demand. Then most recently another generic email saying they have found and contacted all future residents and that I was put on a waitlist! It's crazy because I know for sure I was one of the first people to apply and I cant imagine that they are full that quick! They really must only take section 8 since everything is easy to track down and/or they must not require as much documentation like us regular folk, so their applications are easy to process. I wouldn't expect them to contact each & every person that applied as I am sure it was in the hundreds if not thousands, but at least let people know where they stand on the application page by changing their status to "approved - added to wait list" or "Denied" or something! Or send something in the mail that way people can plan accordingly. Nothing has changed on my application profile since the day it was completed so I don't know what's going on."
