"Called in my script using automated system, no record, my Dr then called it in, was told ready 2p .. @5:30p not ready..finally got script and inadvertently billed 4 med I did not order with no credit receipt other than "your credits been peocessed"."

"The people who work here are lovely. But the store is understaffed and underfunded. I blame Walgreen's c-suite - you can bet the jerks who run the company are making the front line workers take all the grief for their terrible policies. Long story short, it's basically impossible but to get the pictures you order here. I've tried three times with no luck. Don't order pictures from Walgreens, I guess?"

"Sherra at the Timonium location was amazing and helped get a poster printed for my son. There was originally an issue that she checked on, took care of and called me back to let me know we were all set. Hard to find polite and helpful people especially over the phone. She rocks!"

"Recently, I feel that this branch provides seriously lower quality of service than before. As a customer have used this branch for my prescription pick-up for 3 years, I am unhappy with general service of pharmacy. My prescription request was not processed for more than 24 hours even though I checked onsite. I’m here again. Their ARS and text system do not update the status correctly. Looks like most of staffs are new and not familiar with their works. I see a long line most of times, and their drive-through is closed for some reasons. Very inconvenient."
