"We only used Mary Beth Rock/Reges’s service “Paws for Comfort” once. We only met with Mary Beth once for around 30 minutes. She did take good care of our two German Shepherds, BUT when the second time she was contracted to provide pet sitting services came around, Mary Beth substituted someone else to do the sitting. We inquired about this “new” person and Mary Beth would only tell us her first name. She told us to “accept” that this person was ok. Since we asked twice about meeting and knowing some facts about the “new” person that we were entrusting our home and pets to, Mary Beth became angry and cancelled her contract to provide service for us. IT WAS ONE WEEK BEFORE WE WERE TO GO ON VACATION."
