"My disabled client and I went in here and spent 75$ yesterday. My disabled client is an amputee. The clerk told her one benefit to being disabled is she only has to pay half for a pedicure (she's had her leg removed)...ARE YOU SERIOUS???? DO U KNOW SHE NEVER WANTS TO LEAVE HER HOME BEC OF PEOPLE LIKE YOUR STAFF...I FIND NO HUMOR IN WHAT WAS SAID...IS THIS HOW U TREAT ALL DISABLED CUSTOMERS?? WOW!! ILL ALSO BE CONTACTING YOUR CORPORATE LOCATION...."
"I've never had anything but positive experiences inside the store, which is why they don't get 1 star. Just about every time we stop there to donate we are met with the rudest workers at the donation door. I don't know their names, but there is an older lady and an older tall thin gentleman. They could not be ruder people. The gentleman was there last night and that encounter was my last straw. I will not be back to this location. My donations and my front of house business will be going to the Cranberry location from now on. It's a 40 minute drive for us, but I will not be treated this way again by the Butler staff."
"I haven't donated here yet, but the place is always a wreck, with opened toiletries being sold for $2-$4 a piece (you could get the same thing brand new at Walmart for cheaper!) Seems like they are gouging people, but every now and again you can find a gem. It's also a little off-putting that the cashiers still won't bag or offer to bag your items for you due to covid... I understand everyone has different comfort levels but it feels like an excuse at this point."
"Rude staff no signs about donation area saying it one way. Only one way sign was at entrance to parking lot on the side I came in. Had two people come tell me back to back I was turned the wrong way. I'm donating to you and you are rude and on top of it they want you to sort everything into bins doing their job! Not donating here again."
"The older gentleman (tall, thin, gray hair) working in the donation area on 6/24/23 at 10:30 am should be fired. Completely rude, unhelpful, and just an a&*h#le. I'm sorry, I've never been inside the donation area so I'm not sure where to put things, that's why I asked YOU instead of just dropping my stuff and walking out. I'm here, donating items for YOU to sell, to pay YOUR salary. If you don't like your job or the people who keep you employed, find somewhere else to work. The Salvation Army can have my donations now."
