"The associates at the Butler store were very rude. I got to the pharmacy @ 1:10 pm. There was a problem with my co-pay card. I was told I would have to come back later because they were going to lunch in 5 minutes and it would take longer to fix my problem."

"I do feel that CVS pharmacy does attempt to accommodate most customers but I do sense that they are eager to sell ANY type of medication no matter what. The reason I state this is: When I am at the pharmacy, they just take a phone number and a DOB and do not check identity. That, to me, is essential to make sure that customers are who they say they are It just appears that CVS does not care at all. Even when they had customers sign a name without the use of a pencil. It was sometime ILLEGIBLE and they did not seem to care if your signature was legible or not."

"I have been very patient with the CVS pharmacy at Target at Butler Commons for several months now. However, enough is enough. I have attempted to pick up prescriptions for my elderly parents & there has not been 1 that was ready when I arrived. There is always a reason & it’s just not acceptable. I truly hope they get their staffing fixed & can again be a reliable pharmacy."

"The dramatic immediate decline in staffing, performance & quality of service with the change of pharmacist is unlike anything I have witnessed in a business. Phones unanswered, scripts ordered days in advanced unfilled, told if you want scripts filled you must come in to wait as they won't be filled with any urgency unless you are present. Remaining staff obviously overwhelmed & subject to exceptional poor leadership that is no fault of their own, remain pleasant and professional."
