"The store is clean and has a cozy vibe. I like the fact that there was not many nail tech and gossiping. for my nail, i was looking for someone do Gel X and nail art well. Reading a few reviews mentioned Jade so i decided to book my appointment w/her. that skeptical decision turn out to be the best one. I had my nail done overtime w/ so many technicians but she is the most gentle and caring. She spent approximately 1.5 hrs to complete my nail set from my bare nails. She cleaned my cuticles quickly, enough, and not overdone. And she created a 98% match nail set to my reference photo. I love her Gel X technique. She is very detail, caring and very artistic. she will not make you feel like she just wants you to be done and “get out the door”. I’m writing this review after 8 days having the set on, and it is still perfect like day one. Beside the nail, my cuticle also look so good. Overall I have such an amazing experience w/ Jade. I wish for her continued success and there is NO doubt about her best customer service. I will come back and try the builder gel that she advised me in a couple weeks."
