"They charged me $500 for this. I asked for a balayage. I do not recommend"

"I tried this salon twice. I def expect more than what I received for the prices they charge. During my first visit, the assistant left my hair dripping wet and sent me on my way as I'd requested to wash 'n go. While I get that I didn't request a blowdry/style, I should at the minimum have my hair dried a bit more so that it isn't soaked, with water running down my back. This is a shame because the owner is the stylist that colored my hair, and it was perfect. She is a nice lady who turned lemons into lemonade in her personal life, and opened her own salon here. The second visit, I scheduled with the first person that was available. The gentleman I was scheduled with had just finished his previous client, and had all of the brushes out that he'd used on her. He picked up the brush and removed most of the hair on it and proceeded to comb my hair. I asked him to please use a clean brush. He said he had cleaned it. I said removing hair is not cleaning it. He replied, "I use the same brush on all my clients all day." As a public health nurse, I am appalled. This isn't sanitary, and is an easy transmission route for ringworm and more. In addition, some of my grays were still visible, literally the whole reason I went in: root touch-up. Incredibly disappointed. I won't be returning."

"I have been going to Seven for over ten years now and I will never go anywhere else! She is wonderful for regular cuts and styles, and made me feel so taken care of and listened to while working out my wedding hair. I will never go anywhere else!"

"I completed a Keratin treatment here and my dark hair turned blonde. It was my first time doing this treat ment and I did ask when he was starting the treatment why a “blonde” treatment was being used. He said it was fine and it’s not an issue at all. But obviously it turned five shades lighter. He said I can come back to have my color fixed . When I booked an appointment and went back for it - they said it will require a full reset and cannot be done that day. It was such a let down. I have spent so much money here . Zero accountability , no solutions offered, no offer to color and fix for free - just a shrug and a “sorry too bad” . They really let me down on the day I was to leave for vacation. Won’t be setting foot here again."

"I have been following Gloria since she was at her previous salon. She is amazing! Not only is she amazing but the staff here is so nice and professional. Gloria is very straightforward with my expectations versus reality. She lets me know when I want to go too light or when she thinks there is a better way to go about things. She knows what she is doing and I completely trust her with my hair, which is very hard to come by. Her balayage is always on point. Even when I decided to go extremely light on my own and completely butcher my hair, Gloria came to my rescue! My hair has been in great hands for over 2 years and I will continue to go to her. She also did my hair before my law school graduation and holiday party. It was a big hit! Recently, I took my mother to Gloria as well. She cut her hair and did highlights and loved it! I would 200% recommend Gloria to anyone looking for someone new to trust that will leave their hair looking flawless. The pictures here are from two different appointments. The one without the face mask is from the time she came in like a savior to save my hair and the one with the mask was one week ago. She is always amazing! Trust her with your hair."
