"As much as I love Nina and have gone to her facility for many many years including my family I am extremely disappointed with the way my appointment went with her for my fine line tattoo. The tattoo came out wrong and I can’t completely blame her for it should’ve double checked before she tattooed the fine line on me but she promised me a free tattoo as a solution and mind you I still paid for my services in full even though as a customer I was dissatisfied. I am giving her two stars because it’s been extremely difficult to reach Nina regarding the free tattoo. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and I’ve tried to just book a consult and each time I do I get no response. Nina is wonderful and talented it’s just disappointing to see how she’s handled her solution with me. This may seem small to others but this is a tattoo that is on my body that I paid for and now need to pay to get either removed or fixed. I also have a screenshots of our initial consult conversation that was ONLY through via email but since you’d like to lie Nina, me not answering is 100% untrue considering I’m the one paying for the service and wanting the services I answered every message you sent.
