"All the staff were so friendly from top to bottom. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately was seen because I made an appointment. The technician working on my feet was so gentle. For me that’s important because I got sensitive nails when they get cut. I loved almost every part of the experience, but adored the foot soak. It was in a bag of some lotion of some sort. Honestly I’m not too familiar with the products. Regardless my feet went from socks in sandals to toes out from that day on. Thank you guys for that all around experience."

"I had an allergic reaction and was told that I didn't. Then was charged to remove the eyelashes. They had the audacity to inquire how much tip I wanted to leave. I left a large tip the last time and then I had allergic reaction and no one cared. They act very nice but they don't care about anything except for you paying. Not sure how many of the people actually speak English, but they do a great job of pretending."

"I had my nails done at Spa K for the second time, and I was thrilled with the results. I had gel done the first time, and I had gel extensions done the second time. I was with Eva S. both occasions. Not to mention talented, she was very attentive and professional. It's without a doubt my favorite nail salon, and I highly recommend visiting Spa K. The nails are even prettier in person, so the images don't do them justice at all!"

"I am happy with my nails. The only thing is I wanted design for my nails and they didn’t tell me it would be extra time and charge in the beginning. Then I showed my design to my nail artist and she said it was simple and boring - and then she suggested this design- then she charged me extra for that because the design was too complicated. I think that just wasn’t cool. Although I believe she did great job I preferred to know before hand. I’ve been their costumer for a long time and I believe they used to have much better service before like free message and super great costumer service but now it’s just not as good."
