"Got a haircut appointment. They rescheduled it 2 times before the haircut. At home I found that my hair is not symmetrical on right and left side. Made appointment to correct. They rescheduled it 2 more times and finally called me on my way there to let me know that the stylist is not available. Awful service. Find another place and save your time ,energy, and money. I paid 90 $ for a haircut only! They didn't even shampoo my hair."

"UPDATE: As you can clearly see from the salon manager’s response to my original review/post below…there is no sincere attempt to treat the customer better in terms of costs… It’s more like - “let’s talk so I can TELL you why I am right and you’re wrong!” This response proves my point mentioned earlier that the customer’s opinion doesn’t really matter to the salon manager. You’ll get talked over! Furthermore, I have not been going to the salon for any extended period of time (as the salon manager’s/owner’s post implied); I’ve only been there a few times - but again - not without feeling/being money-hustled. Original Post: I have NEVER been to a nail salon that nickels and dimes its customers the way the salon manager does! I mean every little thing has an extra charge! The first time I went there, I was given a little baggie with a naIl file and cuticle stick etc and TOLD to bring it to my next appointment or there will be a $3 fee! If you select the credit option when paying - extra fee! (And the salon manager does not tell you this until AFTER she runs your card.) If you go to another salon and then come back to this salon to get gel polish removed - there is an extra charge because they didn’t put on the gel polish - another salon did! If you do this….or if you that…extra charge! Come on now! This is ridiculous! All of these miscellaneous surcharges make you feel like you’re flying Spirit Airlines! The only thing that will pull you back is the outstanding work of the Nail Technicians! They are truly amazing! If I was just rating them, it would be five stars! BUT, with the salon manager (lady that answers the phone) literally trying to squeeze as much money out of her customers as possible, the rating has dropped. Simply put, no one wants to feel “money pressure” or like they represent a dollar sign when they walk into a salon - especially when they have come there to try and relax and get pampered! Also, if you dare voice anything or ask a question to understand ALL of the surcharges, the salon manager will basically shut you down as I guess she feels only her opinion matters."

"I have been going to Magnolia's Salon and Spa since it opened over a decade ago. They did my nails and hair for prom in 2002 and did my hair and nails for my wedding in 2015. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and kind. I love this place and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They offer discounts Punch cards as well and often have promotional events. They offer hair services for men and women. They offer a variety of spa services as far as massages and facials and make up services as well. I highly recommend them;"

"I have been going here for 10 years for whirlpool pedicures. My wife recommended it because I had ingrown toenail problems. Marie has fixed that and I had no problems since I started going to her for pedicures. She has also recommended Marie to several friends and they have all been very happy with the result. I have various orthopedic problems that a regular massage help. In the last three years I have had massages from ten different women. Linda at Magnolia is by far the best I have tried. I now go to her weekly and am very pleased with the result."
