"The person who did my hair was very nice and skilled, just not enough for me, so it is difficult for me to write this review of how unsatisfied I am. My hair color is not what I requested, but it was communicated what would be done, and I agreed, so I would be OK with that if my haircut was at least acceptable, but it is not, it amazes me how much is unnoticed when they blow out your hair and it is not until you wash it that the truth comes out on how poorly it was done. I kind of had a feeling but hoped I was wrong because who really gets anything out driving so far, paying so much and writing a review of unsatisfation to wear their hair tied back because the haircut doesn't work...especially when we are all supposed to be spreading positivity. It's a terrible situation. The service in general that day was lacking, which was unusual from my previous experience. Really wanted to like it because of how nice the person was and the time she took in making sure the highlights and toner came out just right, but the haircut doesn't work. The vibe seems trendy, which adds to the disappointment."
