"JoJo shouldn't be a manager. She has terrible people skills and was rude to her own employees. My wife and I had a total of two bad experiences at this location in the same day. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that is no excuse for treating people with anything other than professionalism dignity and respect. Wendall on the other hand was stellar but her boss JoJo needs much work and development."
"Terrible service at this location, needs new management . . . some good associates scattered in there, but definitely needs a changeover. No sympathy for the customers who help to pay them, even when we take our time for such a long wait."
"It is always packed; I guess it's good for business. Do not have enough cashiers. Long lines. Smell bad. Doesn't have a good selection of Nike women's apparel. Other than that, they sell NIKE."
"It can be kind of difficult to get someone over to the dressing rooms to get a room unlocked, but they seemed to be short staffed just like everyone else. It does take a little while to get through the checkout lane because of staffing issues, but the prices are worth the wait in my opinion. I frequently shop Nike & this is one of my favorite stores."
"They limit the number of people in the store and require masks be worn. There's a line to get in the store but the wait wasn't long. The selection of shoes happened to be picked over. Some of the shelves were literally bare. They do offer Nike shoes and apparel. Sometimes you can find a lot here and other times you don't. Today was a day I didn't find anything. That's how it is. I'd recommend this location"
