"Plenty of adult shoes and big kids sizes but very few 11,12 and 13 in kid sizes. Not to mention the big girl with the braids who was leaning against the shoe section I was trying to access. She was busy looking through her social media timeline on her phone and at first I thought she was a customer, I said "excuse me" because she was blocking the boxes of shoes. She gave me a side eye look and did not move until I told her that I was trying to see the available sizes that she was blocking. She sighed and finally moved her body and that is when I realized she was wearing a store radio. Either she is new or just doesn't care as she walked away still scrolling through her phone. I ended getting a refund after not being able to find any flexible sole shoes in size 12 or 13."
