"Had a large selection in shoes BUT the shoes I was going to purchase only had one pair in my sons size and there was only one shoe in the box, I tell an employee and he leaves me standing there, walks by me 3 times n says nothing. So I take it he can’t find the other shoe and no they don’t keep shoes in the back apparently. So I grab a different pair in the same size. Get home the size on the box was a 12 the shoes were 11.5! So I’m just disappointed all the way around with this store"
"Shoe sticker price was on the box labeled the right shoe but wrong sku #. Got charged 69.99 instead of 54.99. Untrained cashiers could of called manager to take care of issue but instead were lazy and said they couldn't do anything about it. Beware or price's when you shop there. Sticker price is not the price."
"I have spent hundreds of dollars here but this will be the last time I bought this store since the staff and their assistant manager on the last shift of Today September 14, 2019 at 9:00 PM began harassing me and my family to Let us go. They started sounding the exit alarms by throwing a pair of tennis so that the exit alarm will be activated. Thanks to this it is very clear to me the Promotion they will have. Store: 0479 // Assoc: 110803 These people "never apologized, on the contrary they made fun of us."
"Assistant manager Shaida was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I explained to her that I work long hours at my job and also I plan on starting a new work out regimen. She knew just what my needs were and executed them. I will definitely be returning for more shoes and excellent customer service."
