"Very unprofessional, all workers were on their phones. Even ignored my family when we approached the kiosk. This white girl was very rude to me and so was another black girl here. After they were done talking to other people at other venues they finally paid attention to me. Not a huge variety but good for a kiosk."
"The products are okay but the customer service is very poor. Unprofessional staff and very unfriendly. Plus I was told my daughter would get a teddy after her birthday and when I went back the lady was extremely rude about it and told "she aint getting no bear it aint her bday month.." with sarcasm... I was trying to tell her that someone that worked there told me to come anytime after her birthday ( which was Jan 31st) and she very rudely interrupted me and shut me down. I cant cant begin to describe how rude she was.. what a shame your staff will make you loose customers It wasnt my first time there, once the lady wandered off and I waited for her to finish chatting with a stand near by, another time the lady was very rude and she really didnt wanna talk to me and was on her phone while I was talking to her.... Not going back for sure ... . ."
