"10/16/21 around 7:40ish pm - a lady with a green hair was the one who assisted us for the shoes. When we were ready to buy, we asked her for the size & she left. So we waited there for her while sitting. Few minutes like 20 mins or so, we didn’t hear any from the lady if the shoes are ready to purchase in w/c i believe she should NOTIFY the customer PROFESSIONALLY. Until we saw her walking out of the store. So we were confused because while we were waiting we thought she couldnt find the other pair that’s why she’s taking that long. Until we asked this black small guy about the lady & the shoes & he said its in the counter already. In whom this guy didn’t answer my question of what’s the name of the green haired lady & said that this lady is on break already. But the thing here is if we’re working as a saleswoman/man in retail store like this, we should accomodate all customers professionally & notify of course the customer if the product is ready for checkout. As simple as that & not that hard to do."
