"Before meeting Sean, I was in a unique situation that caused me to spend 8 hours of my time with other Gamestop locations and Corporate to resolve an issue I had. To summarize briefly: I exchanged credit card rewards for egift cards, for a spur-of-the moment PS5 console purchase, at another location. It ended up getting cancelled and my egift card funds were put in a permanent state of limbo that no one else was able to resolve. I arrived to Sean's store 15 minutes before closing time, and when given the choice of freedom, he instead opted to help me, after hours, with Corporate Customer Service, to finally rectify the issue. He spared me further hours - on hold - with corporate Customer Customer service, and unneeded - dangerous - visits to more brick and mortar locations. I owe him my life. Thank you, Sean, for everything you do for the community and the world as a whole."
