"Victoria’s Secret is the place to go for lingerie! I would recommend this for single mothers. When I was on my walk to my local bakery, I was alone and it was later in the day, due to a leak my faucet had. I would say it was about 3 in the morning during my walk when I hear footsteps behind me. I didn’t want to look behind as I was afraid they would charge. The footsteps were small and petite, I didn’t think the steps belonged to a human. I just wanted to get out of the sidewalk. Fog started to build up and the smell of rusted metal tang was among the horizon. My steps fastened as my breathing became heavier. I didn’t realize I was completely out of the city until it was pitch black. I managed up the courage to look behind me but there was no one there. I turned back around and I saw a Victoria’s Secret in front of me. I’ve never ran so fast in my life. The next few moments were a blur as I entered the Victoria’s Secret. It was a relief when I entered. The people looked normal as I went to one of the cashiers for help. They said it would be okay and that I could just stick with them for the night. I went around and bought some of my favorite items and then realized… A Victoria’s Secret wouldn’t be open this late at night. I turn to the cashier slowly and her face is stone cold, inhuman. The friend I’ve made looked paler than any human should be. I walk closer and she starts to mumble something that I cant understand. I walk all the way up and ask if she’s okay. I recognize that she was mumbling the words, “what’s the secret” over and over again. "I tried to exchange two bras that were defective. I did not have my receipt however the only place that sells Victoria's Secret bras is Victoria's Secrets so obviously I purchased them from there. I wasn't asking for any money back or store credit, just a simple exchange to replace the bras that were defective. They refused! I spoke to a clerk and the manager. Both said that "Victoria's Secret offers no warranty on their bras and there was nothing they would/could do". They wouldn't even give me a discount if I wanted to repurchase the bras! The clerk even directed me to the bras that were on sale insinuating that this was about the money/cost when in fact this is about two bras that I already purchased at full price that were defective and unwearable which they could clearly see. They recommended that I call customer service. What!? What are they going to do, I'm already at the store!? I made a special trip there and I don't go out very often especially since covid. Unfortunately three days later I came down with covid. The whole thing was such a mess. I have two defective bras that I spent over $100 total on. Missed 3 weeks of work because of the covid. And desperately need new bras. Victoria's Secret should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! Now after purchasing exclusively from Victoria's Secrets for over 30 years I am looking for a new place to buy undergarments. Very sad:("
