Macy's Backstage

"No big and tall department, they have a women's department. another case of discrimination. Dirty unmanned registers. No, absolutely no employees to help. Had to open the door for the filthy fitting room with a coin because you can't find any sales women that work here. Doubt they have vacuumed that floor in years. Terrible store should be closed. Dillard's, please come to northern Virginia you would run Macy's out of town."

"Very disappointed in Macy’s Dulles Town Center. Was there ready to purchase a mattress with my husband. Waited an entire hour and there was no one to be found to help us. Finally went to another department and asked if they could find someone to assist us and they said to come back in another hour. Thanks anyway, Macy’s, but I will be purchasing my mattress at another establishement. You must be doing so well you don’t need to sell anything in addition to not hiring any staff. Good luck and good riddens!"

"Store is unorganized and staff are not cooperative or friendly. I have placed 2 online orders for store pickup and never received a text, email or phone call to notify me that the product is there. I feel like the store is a 'lower" level Macy's and not of the caliber of the higher end Macy's. I only go there because it is close to my house. Otherwise I wouldn't bother."

"I realize it is an extremely busy time of the year, but I have spent 50 minutes trying to reach Women's Petite Clothing...only to be cut off and get a dial tone or for the phone to ring and then a dial tone or busy signal is heard. Believe me, if I had a car I'd gladly drive out to the store myself...but I'm elderly and can no longer drive. Finally, the Operator was to put me through, but my call was dropped. I'm sure everyone there is exhausted with many, many customers in need of assistance. I even, some how, got connected to a store manager, and she was very courteous and was going to transfer me...well, that call dropped to a busy signal, and I also got cut off completely. Needless to say, I knew it was a lost cause, so finally gave up. Maybe I'll try tomorrow morning...a hot cup of coffee and a fresh start couldn't hurt anything! And to think, I just needed to know if there were any of those lighter weight Christmas t-shirts still there. Maybe I should check with Macy's mail order., but for now, I'm simply going to sleep on it and hope all of your employees get a good nights' rest, so they'll be ready to dive into the craziness of tomorrow (Friday) as well as the remaining heightening pace over the next couple of weeks before having off work and hopefully enjoying a M E R R Y, M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S! with family and friends. Even though I'll turn 80 next month, I still get excited during this very special season. "I felt ignored the entire time i was there. I walked through various departments and couldn't find anybody to help me, and when i finally did find someone to help me, they said it wasn't their department and just pointed in the general direction i should walk. i am displeased with their customer service. that said, the store was clean and i found exactly what i was looking for although it took nearly an hour longer than i had expected."
