"Rachid is a very knowledgeable professional. He diagnosed the issue very well and fixed the issue with my refrigerator in a reasonable time. I wish Sears would have sent my parts in a reasonable time and did not take 4 weeks to deliver."

"Nearly took 2 months to complete my job. There seems to be glitch in automated system to reach out live agent recently. Parts arrived in 2 weeks, technician appointment scheduled but was rescheduled twice with out notice even after I confirmed my appointment. Finally a technician arrived but refused to work on because he was not able to pull out my dish washer with ease. After couple of weeks I requested for different technician to do my job. New technician though experienced some degree of difficulty, was able to pull out dish washer in 5 min buy adjusting height screws. Then actual job an hour plus. Thanks to technician who was willing to stretch a bit for the customer. Apparently, home service sears protection policy doesn't have time limit to repair customer appliances. Second, if appliance cannot be accessible (cannot be pulled out) will not repair. Neither sears will not refund the payment made towards the repair incident claim."

"Could not diagnose our issue and recommended $1000 in unrelated items to fix. 10 minutes after he left I was able to re create the problem that he could not. I even found the problem and solution using Google search. His visit resulted in a loss of 99 dollars and a washer that is still broken."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. Our office refrigerator stopped cooling. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment with Sears to look at the refrigerator. Service guy came, identified problem, ordered parts, and schedule a repair appointment. The parts were delivered to our office. On repair day, service guy never shows up. We had no number to call to check on his schedule. He never called to say he needed to reschedule. Nothing! Do not use Sears. There is a reason they went bankrupt."

"Incompetent. They have been to my house twice in 2 weeks to fix my Kenmore Elite washing machine that is leaking and shearing off the bolt that holds the bottom of the washer drum in place. Both times the repair person claims to have tested the fix. When I do a load of laundry, the washer still leaks and the bottom of the drum is detached. Starting my third week now with 5 family members and no washing machine. This service is being procured through CINCH HOME SERVICES. Cinch is a complete fraud. They charge $100 for each and every appointment even when it is multiple trips to fix the original problem. STAY AWAY-this is NOT what Sears service used to be. It’s all a cash grab targeting those of us who would prefer to keep appliances out of the landfills."
