I'm particular with my lashes because I despise those thick, ratchet lashes and I work in a professional setting so I need a natural-ish look. Melisa takes her time, discusses what you're looking for (BRING PICS!!!), recommends what would look good with your eye shape, and deliverssss. She also offers BROWN LASHES for an even more natural look. The products she uses are top notch - the lashes are super soft and the glue and lash lift didn't irritate my eyes. She's so gentle that I always fall asleep too! However, when I'm awake, I love chatting with her. She's easy to talk to and we're always laughing. Lastly, I appreciate the ease of booking online. You can tell Melisa genuinely loves what she's doing and cares about her clients. She wants you to look and feel your best, and will do everything she can to give you what you're looking for. I wanted to try a more bold cat-eye look for an event and when she could tell I wasn't in love with it (it was a beautiful set, it was just more volume than I was used to, which is what I asked for), she offered to have me come back so she could fix it!!!
