"I've gone to Liz for about 4 years and she's the best lash artist you will find in the dmv area. She's fast, efficient and meticulous with her work. Her quality is unmatched from other artists I've been to and I've been to a lot of different ones in MD & VA. But I always come back to Liz because when I want volume she delivers, other artist will promote "volume lashes" but in actuality they're hybrids which can be quite misleading.
