"I'm much more in the habit of reading reviews than writing them. I was taken aback because there were a few negative reviews about staff or management at Harbour Thread. I try to remember that we never know what is going on in someone else's life that might make them less than pleasant. I was apprehensive when I called the store for help with an order and separate request for my daughter. Lindsey answered the phone and she couldn't possibly have been more pleasant, patient, kind and helpful. I had to take the time to write a review to help offset the negative experiences that some other customers had. Judging from my own experience, it was nothing but positive. I live 5 hours away but I hope someday to meet Lindsey in person and see the beautiful things that Harbour Thread carries firsthand."
