"I am trans-masc and autistic and had a poor experience shopping there today. I said I was looking for a bra, not quite sure exactly what I wanted other than for it to be black, and I already knew my size. The worker, whom I presume to be the owner, started showing me a couple options and seemed pretty helpful, but very quickly made a lot of assumptions about what I could afford. And this continued through my whole shopping experience there. I had not mentioned anything about my price range. She told me I needed to leave my bag with her while I went to the dressing room, and I did, but I do question if she asks everyone to do that. She seemed very skeptical that I knew my accurate sizing and was surprised when I said the bras had fit. I was having a lot of trouble finding a bra I felt comfortable wearing, which was due to my dysphoria. But I was clear about what I was looking for and was honest when I didn’t like things, and she made a comment about how I don’t have much experience wearing bras. Which is a strange thing to tell someone. She kept offering to check my sizing when I tried things on, even after I had clearly said no, thank you. The whole time it felt like she was expecting me to steal from the store. I didn’t end up buying anything because I didn’t find anything I had liked enough and I felt increasingly more uncomfortable through the short time I spent there. Bra shopping is already something that brings me a lot of dysphoria and stress and this experience didn’t help me at all."

"The service and advice I received about bras was excellent. She spent alot of time with me and helped me find bras that met my needs. I would've given 5 starts for that....except when I got home and took the 3 bras out of the bag I saw she removed the tags. I want that info in case in the long run I want to order the same bras. I was very pleased with things until I saw she did this. I can't recall ever purchasing clothing and the clerk removed tags."
