"Roby Park is a great place to bring your child(ren) to run off their energy. The park itself is gated to prevent little ones from running off. There is a soft, rubber-like astroturf under the playground equipment that surely absorbs falls better than any grassy, natural landscape could. The park has swings, covered wooden picnic tables, slides, a rock climbing wall, a metal instrument built-in, a "zipline", and more. It was also covered with shades above the equipment to protect little ones and parents from the sun, especially on hot, summer days. The park is dedicated to Jeff Morin who died in a tragic car accident in Nashua in 1995 when he was just 16 years old. While I never knew Jeff, I did know the driver of the car, Melissa Blais, who was also killed in the accident. Melissa and I were cheerleaders together and she was also so sweet and welcoming and accepting of anyone. I'm sure Jeff was a great kid too. While they lost their childhood, in a way, their story lives on through the dedication of this park to Jeff Morin allowing it to bring joy to local children who come here to play and enjoy the day."
"I took my grandson here while visiting New Hampshire. A lot of fun equipment for a two-year-old to run around on. All pretty safe stuff as far as I could see. Just had to keep an eye on him so that he would not run into the huge mud puddle over by the picnic table. Easy parking. Latching gate. Busy enough, but not too busy."
"Clean, lots of parking, safe playground, shaded seating and shades over the park, enclosed walking path, porta potty, hand sanitizer, soft spongy astroturf, my kid loved it."
"I love this place! The playground is perfect for toddlers, preschool and young school age kids. Just watch how hot the equipment gets in the summer. The ball field is huge with plenty of room for sports like play."
