"Its 8:25am and I went to this Family Dollars and both the doors were locked. It says it's open at 8am. Why are the doors locked? They need to change their time if they are not going to be open at the time it said it will."

"Store is open from 9-6pm because there are only TWO employees for the entire store. How are they even taking a break? Manager is making literally 14.50, how can you expect anyone to burn themselves out overworking from 9am-9pm? Cost of living has doubled, wages should be increasing accordingly. Family dollar is overpriced so management definitely has the money to raise wages a couple of dollars, then ppl would actually want to work. Update google hours atleast, stop ppl from wasting their time after 6pm."

"Why do the employees close the store at 623 pm and hours say open till 10 pm?I'm curious because this goes on a lot ...I feel like your employees close the store because they feel like they can ...it's an inconvenience to see your hours say open but when you pull up the lazy dude behind the counter gives you the cut throat look as to say not open smh ....I'd look into your employees stealing hours and closing your store with out u knowing ...that's all"

"I walked about an hour to be able to get diapers and other items for my daughter and the store was closed. 20 minutes early but employees were still inside. I wish I was able to end my workday whenever I wanted to lucky enough for me. CVS is up the street."

"I will never shop at this location again! Worst customer service I've ever seen! The cashier (an older lady not sure of her name) had the worst attitude. I asked about a 3 for $7 promo that was clearly marked on a display of red bull. First there was the attitude about having to go check. Second the promo wasn't even on the right display. For monster or something. Was told that the prom would not be honored which I was fine with. But I'm sorry I've been in customer service for over 20 years and if I had talked to a customer like she did I would have been written up or fired . Whoever is in charge of this store get your employees trained right! Always trashed inside and never any good help working there."
