"Don't waste your money on the warranty or furniture. We purchased a leather couch from Bob's about 2 1/2 years ago with the warranty. The leather is flaking off and the stitching is now falling apart. We specifically asked if the warranty would cover peeling or flaking when we purchased. The salesperson said "yes and it wont peel." We sent in a claim with pictures and it was denied, due to normal wear. I loved the furniture when we first purchased it. If I knew it would not last more than 2 years, I would have never purchased it. Bob's don't send me your generic message like you did with other negative reviews."

Let us shop around and when we were ready helped us quickly and easily. This store also has a beautiful koi pond to keep our toddler occupied and a cute cafe with a few free treats! Loved both our experiences in the past year."
